Weekly League
Join the Peloton League
Every week you race a small group of riders in your division, and your points come from completing the sessions in your plan. Extra training days earn nothing: sticking to the plan is what wins.
A new group every week
Every Monday you join a group of about 10 riders in your division, and the standings close on Sunday. The top third moves up and the bottom fifth drops, from Gruppetto to Peloton to Breakaway.
100 points, whatever your plan
Your plan's sessions share 100 points each week, so a 3-day plan is worth the same as a 6-day one. Each session counts by its score, and one your coach tells you to skip does not count against you.
A sticker for the podium
Finish in your group's top 3 and you win a gold, silver or bronze sticker for your album. You can share it as an Instagram story.
Legends and achievements
Harder stickers wait for legendary climbs, big distance and elevation feats, session streaks and special days like your birthday.
Ride Planning
Plan your ride around the weather
The Today screen now shows the weather in your city for the next 24 hours, and a details view helps you choose when to ride and how to prepare.
The next 24 hours
High and low, feels-like temperature, wind and chance of rain in your city, with an hour-by-hour strip below. Weather alerts for today's session now appear inside the card.
Best time to ride
Tap See details to get the best window for today's session, and for tomorrow's. It looks first at the hours you usually ride, from your last 90 days, and avoids hours with a wind or rain alert.
Hour by hour
Temperature, rain and wind charts that run to the end of the forecast, with your best window shaded on each one. The wind chart also shows gusts and the wind direction.
Air, sun and daylight
Air quality, UV, pollen, humidity, visibility and hours of sunshine for the day, with sunrise and sunset. If your window runs after dark, it reminds you to bring lights.
What to wear and drink
What to wear, based on the feels-like temperature, rain, wind and UV during your window. How much to drink per hour, and how many bottles to take for the session.
Device Sync
Sync your rides directly from Garmin or Wahoo
Garmin and Wahoo are now activity sources. Choose one of them and your rides come into Cycling Coach AI on their own.
Garmin as your source
Your activities, plus HRV and sleep, come straight from your Garmin devices. Garmin only shares the last 30 days of history, so if you start with Garmin your fitness numbers take a few weeks to settle.
Wahoo as your source
Rides recorded on your ELEMNT head unit or KICKR trainer come in automatically. Rides recorded in Zwift, TrainerRoad or Rouvy are not included, because Wahoo does not share them.
Switch any time from Settings
Already using another source? Go to Settings › Connections › Import activities and pick Garmin or Wahoo. Your fitness history stays as it is, and the coach counts what you record from that day on.

Fitness, fatigue and form for today, plus the days you have trained in a row this week.
Countdown to your race
Days left to your next race and how far along your plan you are.

How to add one
Touch and hold an empty spot on your home screen, tap Edit or the + in the corner, then look for Cycling Coach AI. You will find five: Today's workout, Form, Streak, Next race and Nutrition. For the lock screen, touch and hold it and tap Customise. Open the app once after adding one so it has fresh data to show.
New Section
Track your bike parts in the Garage
Add your bikes and their parts, and every ride adds kilometres to them. When a chain or a tyre is close to the end of its life, you get a warning before it takes other parts with it.
Every ride counts
Kilometres come from your activities, nothing to log by hand. Trainer rides count for the drivetrain but not for tyres or brake pads. If a ride went on a different bike, change it from the session feedback or from the Garage.
Import from Strava
Your Strava bikes and shoes come in with their brand, model and accumulated mileage, so you start with real numbers instead of a guess.
A warning before it breaks
Each part has an editable lifespan: chain 3,000 km, cassette 9,000 km, tyres 4,000 km by default. At 90% you get a push notification and the coach mentions it in the chat.
Your bike in 3D
Pull the slider to open the bike up part by part. Parts due for replacement turn amber or red, and you can tap any of them to see its numbers.
Replace and keep the history
When you fit a new chain, the old one stays in the log with its dates and kilometres. Over time you see how long each part really lasts you.
Device Sync
Apple Health
Your Apple Watch now trains with you. Connect Apple Health on your iPhone and the coach uses last night's sleep and HRV to decide what today's session should be.
A rough night changes today
Open the app after a bad night and the coach already has it. If the session no longer fits how you slept, it proposes the change and tells you why.
It reads when to push
After three nights the coach has your HRV baseline. From there it tells a body ready for intervals from one still paying for last week, and your Coach Score moves with it.
The watch you already wear
No extra subscription and no second device. If you own an Apple Watch your sleep and recovery are already on your iPhone, and one tap brings them in.
See what training does to your sleep
In Insights every night breaks down into deep, REM, light and awake, next to your training load. That is where a heavy week shows up first.
Device Sync
Choose your Garmin power averaging
When you send a workout to Garmin you can now choose which power average your Edge checks the target against. A steadier average means fewer up-and-down alerts during short intervals.
Five options, 3s by default
Pick Instant, 3s, 10s, 30s or Lap, right next to the power and heart rate choice. Workouts now go out with the 3-second average, which follows short intervals without chasing every spike from your power meter.

Connect intervals.icu as your training source
You can now import your activities from intervals.icu instead of Strava. Choose whichever platform holds your training history, and switch between them whenever you want.
A second source to import from
intervals.icu joins Strava as a platform Coach AI can read your completed rides from. Connect it during onboarding or from Settings › Connections.
Complete data from every device
Activities that reach intervals.icu from your bike computer or smart trainer arrive with full data: power, heart rate and cadence.
Compare before you commit
With both platforms connected you see how many activities each one holds before choosing. Nothing is deleted when you switch, and you can go back at any time.

Quick rides that match how you feel
Before it builds a quick ride, your coach asks how you feel today. The session keeps the type and the length you picked — what changes is how hard the work inside it is.
Dosed, not swapped
Pick kind of tired, average or ready to push, and your coach moves the dose instead of the plan: the number of reps, how long the recoveries last, and whether you sit at the low or the high end of each zone. A recovery ride still stays a recovery ride.
Indoor Training
Set a separate FTP for your trainer
You can now keep two FTPs: one for the road and one for your trainer. Set the trainer one and your coach measures every indoor session against the threshold you actually hold indoors.
Where to set it
You will find it in Performance, right under your FTP. Fill it in and your indoor TSS, intensity and time in zones follow your trainer threshold; your FTP and your outdoor rides stay untouched.
Race Center
Analyze any race
Your race report no longer depends on your training plan. Pick any ride from the last 90 days and get the full analysis.
Watch the report build
The report comes together in front of you instead of behind a loading screen. Your intensity, pacing split and decoupling show up as they are worked out, and your coach's summary is written out at the end.
Fresh Look
A redesigned Cycling Coach AI
Every screen rebuilt from the ground up, so the numbers that shape your training are easier to read at a glance.
Redesigned from end to end
Not a coat of paint on a few screens: every corner of the app was rebuilt, from the dashboard to the smallest confirmation dialog. Light and dark themes, both designed on their own terms.
Your form, at a glance
Fitness, fatigue and form now read in seconds, and today's session sits front and centre. The plan view gives you the whole block week by week without hunting for it.
A sharper read on every session
Daily and weekly coach feedback come in a rebuilt report: planned against completed, zone by zone, with the coach's verdict alongside the numbers.
Built for the phone you ride with
Every screen was drawn for the small screen on its own terms, not shrunk down from the desktop. Session and week reports open full screen, navigation sits within thumb's reach, and iOS, Android and the web now look and behave like the same app.
Nutrition Plans
Weigh your food raw or cooked
Your nutrition plan can now give every gram amount as raw weight instead of cooked. Cooked weight changes a lot with the cooking method and time, so weighing before cooking is more precise.
Set it in nutrition preferences
Pick raw or cooked and your current week is rewritten straight away, with every amount converted. Plans stay on cooked weight until you change it.
Now Available
Cycling Coach AI for Android
The app is now on Google Play, with the notifications the web version doesn't send.
Your training tells you when
Not a daily reminder: it warns you when fatigue is building up, when your FTP goes up, or when next week's plan is ready.
Outdoor Training
Where to ride your intervals
When your session has intervals, the app now shows you which climbs near you fit that block, on a map.
From real rides, not a generic map
The climbs come from GPS tracks of rides people actually do, with how long each one takes at your FTP and where to start so the effort lasts exactly what the session asks for.
Daily Sessions
More variety in your daily sessions
Your sessions now rotate through a catalogue of workout styles based on what you have already done, instead of repeating the same intervals week after week. Each session shows its style above the description.
Coach Chat
The coach asks before it changes your plan
When you ask the coach to move a session, regenerate a week or add strength work, it now proposes the change in a card with the detail of what it will do, and nothing is applied until you approve it. You can approve everything at once, or discard it.
